A busy day at the stand

We spent Wednesday at Digitaliseringsmessen in Odense Congress Center. The location was good: stand D08, visible, with room to talk without blocking the aisle. We felt that immediately.

There were many visitors, and we were busy from start to finish. No long pauses. Conversations came in a steady stream — municipalities, regions and suppliers who wanted to hear how SMS2GO and talkiing sit in day-to-day work.

Many of those who stopped by already know us. They got a short update: what is new, what is running stably, and what is worth taking home. Those are the days when the relationship counts more than the brochure.

What drew the most attention was talkiing dialog. Secure conversation with chat, video and voice — encrypted, hosted in Denmark. People stopped, asked questions and stayed. Several wanted to hear how it can sit on top of the counselling they already run.

We went home with more concrete conversations in the calendar. The fair is one shot. Follow-up is what hits.
